Warranty Conditions
You can return the product you have purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, without opening/destroying the package, without using the product, as you received it. Return the product with the product invoice, a petition or return form including your order number.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received.
Unpacked, used, destroyed, etc. Returns of such products are not accepted.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to her, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the time the returned product reaches Us. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company does not have any savings.
In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be consulted.

Order Delivery We deliver the products you ordered to the cargo company in full and perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are not damaged when receiving from the cargo company. You should inform the cargo company representative about your complaints about the damages that may occur during the delivery of the products to you before receiving them from the cargo company. If you are not satisfied with the products after receiving them, see the Product Returns section. Order Delivery time will be delivered in Ankara within an average of 3 working days, outside of Ankara in an average of 5 working days. Weekend Orders Orders placed after 16.00 on Friday will start to be delivered on Monday. All orders placed after 16.00 on Friday will be processed on Monday and may not arrive before Tuesday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
